The Rental Process

The rental process is easy!

There are two ways to go about renting a NeurOptimal neurofeedback system from us: you can either submit an inquiry via email or our contact form on our website, or for a faster checkout process, you may easily initiate the rental through our online store.

Once we receive your order, we will send you a rental agreement to sign and return to us. This step must be completed before we can ship the system to you. If you placed your order via email, we will also send you a payment link for you to complete the purchase.

Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days upon receipt of your payment and the signed rental agreement. The average delivery wait is 3-7 days.

When your rental period is over, simply pack the system in the same box it in which it was shipped to you and mail it back to us via FedEx using the return shipping label that we provide for you.

If you run into any issues during your rental period or have any questions for us about using the system we are available during normal business hours to help. If you have a question for us outside of normal business hours, we will do our best to respond as soon as possible, usually the following morning.
